Why is it that "bigger" people lose weight more quickly than "smaller" people??

The less fat your body has, the more it wants to hold on to it. My first 30 pounds flew off, the last 20 took A LOT longer.0

I just hate it because I can eat the same things my mom does and she loses more weight than i do!! lol0

This is simply because it takes a lot more energy to move a bigger body than a smaller one. So if 2 people are eating and exercising the same, the bigger one will lose more weight because of all of the extra fat they're carrying.0
