So how do you get through weighing in when you are near that time and the bloating kicks in? Do you just wait to the next week to see what you lost. I always feel so discouraged at this time and FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH

i just do it. I like to see the results the week after!0

i do it in the morning when i wake up before i get too bloated and wear as little as possible0

i just go ahead and do my usual weigh in and use it as a monitor. i can usually count on not losing or gaining that week. if i do gain it would be me not doing something right.0

I am SO with you right now!! lol I disregard the weigh-in for that week. It is usually so out of whack that I don't even let it get me down. Keep doing all the right things and next week will seem even better!!
Hang in there!0 -

I weigh in, hope for the best and keep positive knowing next week when I weigh in everything will correct itself. It can be discouraging but don't let that throw you off.0

I'd go ahead and weigh in, but just for the fun of seeing it all disappear next week. If your calorie counts and exercise are on track then you can ignore the scale when it goes nuts once in a while.0

I weigh myself every morning, no matter what time of the month it is. The numbers go down? they inspire me to keep doing well and see my goal someday. The numbers go up? they remind me to concentrate on diet choices and water consumption and physical activity!
Either way, I'm inspired to become a better me.0 -
I weigh myself as usual. After a few months you'll start to notice a pattern around that time. I know for me I sometimes gain or lose very little that week. Then the following week I'll have a decent loss.0

I don't bloat.
I always thought I was like everyone else, and then I got a menstrual cup, and found that I lose barely 15-20ml of blood a month, compared to most cup-users (generally the only women keeping track) who are usually over a 100.
It was like....yeah. Yeah, sorry, I'll be over here with my funsize version of womanhood.0 -
Weigh as usual, suffer through it! Also measure though - sometimes it helps to have other numbers to focus on. Keep my fingers crossed the next week will be an even better number than usual after the bloat goes away...0

I weigh myself everyday. So I just say oh well. I know I made good choices, it is just my body that is in control at that time.0

I had the same problem last week and showed a 2 lb gain. I can sometimes gain up to 5 lbs!! I just try to make sure that I keep track of everything that goes into my mouth and drink plenty of water. It can still be extremely frustrating!!! I was in a really foul mood until the next weight in! lol I guess that is typical for me the week of along with the bloating and extreme fatigue. Oh well, it is not called the curse for nothing! ; -)0

That's what it did to me this week! Gain of 4 and it's all water. Sucks.0

Well... get OLD! I was through menopause at 50. Oh MY! It's AWESOME! No. More. Bloat!!! And the emotions are even. And the cravings are gone. Who cares about the wrinkles I'm getting!0
