I have been doing the first level of the 30 day shred for just over a week and I am not sure when to move up to the next level. I am a little bored with the first level, that's not to say that its easy, I still find the exercise to be challenging. Just not sure if I want to keep losing weight if I should go ahead and move up or if I should stick with level one until I can comeplete it with ease. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the help,
Shan

Go for the next level! If you find you really cannot get through it go back to Level 1.

You move to the next level when you feel ready to, and that's all there is to it. And there is nothing that says you can't go back to level 1 if you try level 2 and can't handle it yet. Try it, see if you think you're ready, and if you don't feel ready, go back to level 1 for a couple more days. I did level 1 for 8 days before I moved up to level 2.

I did all three levels for 10 days...then move to the next level. Now I just do them randomly....but I have added the dvd No more trouble zones...it's a killer!

Don't give up....push yourself. Jillian says that when changes happen.

I think you're supposed to do each level for 10 days (according to the program) But when I did it I found moving on from the first after about a week was fine, spent a little longer on level 2, and then had to alternate between 2 and 3 for a few days before I could fully handle 10 straight days of level 2.

The point of the program is to be intense, and to get the maximum results out of a 20 minute work out possible, so I'd say if you don't feel like your busting your buns to get out that last round of cardio, move up =)
