My New Arms!

Yesterday I had to do a double take before I jumped into the shower. Friday I didn't notice anything. But Saturday revealed my new well defined arms. I'm not sure what happened lol. One day they just appeared. It may be the bike riding I've been doing lately cause the weather is so nice.

    Sorry to hear that. Here in NC (Charlotte) it hit 80 today and is expected same tomorrow. It was simply heavenly. Not really humid yet either which is always a plus!!

    Congrats on the new arms!! Next week - thighs of steel :love:

    I'm still rather overweight but I remember when I realized how much had come off my arms! :) awesome! I hope to share a similar success soon!
