changing calories

anyone know if I can change the amount of calories I need per day for the tracker? I'm a breastfeeding mom and need more calories.

Under your settings in the goal part you can change your activity level. They don't have one specifically for breastfeeding but if you take a higher activity/calorie burning level it should equal what you burn breastfeeding. Or you can go in each day and add it as an exercise since, again, it burns calories0

you can modify the calories...go to Goals, then at the bottom click Change Goals, choose Custom0

Go to goals and check the custom button and you can put your own goals0

When setting goals you can choose a higher activity level to get more calories, also you can change your weightloss goal to maintaince or less weightloss, or even gain weight per week. You then can change your goals back when your needs change0
