Hello,
I just joined this site to get some accountablitity, I was training for a marathon and hurt my knee, took time off to heal and now not only do i need to get back to running half marathon shape, but I put on about 25 lbs. SOOO... Im doing this to stay focused.
I started running again about 2 weeks ago, but about 2-3 times a week, looking to bump the frequency up, doing short runs (3-5 miles), so far feeling great. the first run my knees were a bit sore, but so far so good.
My life is incredibly busy right now so its going to be a bit tough but I need to do this.
Happy to be here, Now lets "just do it" as they say :-)

I run 10K and 15K on a regular basis as a cardio workout, and last year ran in a half marathon competition. I have not committed myself to a marathon yet, because it scares me
