Has anyone seen the Cook yourself think programme that Channel4 has ran? (in the UK)
I have never watched it but stumbled upon the recipies and they are amazing!
I can now make a low fat chicken tikka masala. The main thing they changed to make it healthier was the cream for 0%fat greek yogurt and it tastes exactly the same!
Also loving the home made chicken chow mein and have tried the spicy shephards pie. This replaces the potatoes for celariac which is great mashed! I had never tried celeriac before! Very yummy!
