Ok So since I can remember maybe all the way back to being like 8 yrs old. I have had this little fat pudgy under my right arm where the Bra goes. Its like a fat roll that even when I lost 140 pounds was still there. Oh course now that I have gained some weight again it is bigger, making me so uncomfortable to wear a shirt w/o a jacket on b/c its gross looking thru my shirts.
HOW DO I BURN IT OFF? Im starting to wonder if Lipo is the only answer to get it off..lol
Im working out everyday but limiting it b/c I already have a hard time eating my 1220 calories a day , so if I burn off more then I physically cant eat them back and then Im not only hurting myself but netting only 300-400 cals a day.
I have a full weight system in my WOMAN CAVE!!!
I like hiking and walking the trails in my area and such b/c I gotta get the hips and thighs off.
But the fat around my bra is driving me NUTS

Add in some protein bars to your diet (I like the Clif bar white chocolate macadamia nut) so that you can exercise. Weight training may not solve the problem completely but firmer is definitely better.0

I have the same problem Its frustrating. LEt me know if you find something0

workout with weights... and develop that pudge into muscle. Then you'll be lean and mean!0

If it is the armpit fat that you are talking about that kinda pudges over your tank top like mine does, then there really isn't a way to get rid of it...
It is part of your breast tissue, or so my Gyno docter tells me. and so its like trying to get rid of your boobs, lol
If you have a bigger chest like i do its going to be really hard to get rid of... I would suggest building your pecks a little. and weight training burns less calories than cardio... so you should be able to do some weight training and eat your 1220 calories.0 -
Work your arms with more dumbells instead of machines. They tonee your arms a hell of a lot faster and better because your working your muscles naturally. Try lookin up some youtube videos on different ways to work that area. and try atleast 2-3 times a week to do 5 sets of atleast 10 reps.0

I know exactly what your talking about, and I started doing side stretches holding a dumbell in both my hands over my head, (while sitting on my ball) slowly. This helped tone up my sides, and I got less overhang. Cardio alone wasn't working, and doing other things like push ups and what not wasn't either. Doing this along with my cardio and other things helped.0

mine is not breast tissue , I had all my breast tissue removed in 2007 with a breast lift .. I had implants put in at that time. My surgeon told me its a fatty pocket and to exercise but I do butterfly reps, I have 10 pound free weights and I cant get it off my arms bulk up but that fat under my arm doesnt go away at all0 -
So is it more on your side? like your bra strap pushes on it and so it kinda poofs over your bra strap? if so make sur you are working your Wing muscles or LATS. they wrap around the side and up under your arm there that has helped my sides. It will feel like you are working your back, but it also works your sides.
Hopefully I am talking about the correct area now. lol0 -
Best advice I EVER got about this... get a bigger bra. As in, one with a bigger band. I was having the same issue and when I was wearing a 34C. Because there's fat there, and your bra is snug, it pudges over and looks icky... but a bigger band doesn't do this as much. You might have to adjust your cup size a bit (I was a 34C and now wear a 36B... I don't understand it, but it fits like a dream). Just something to try, it really might be as simple as that!0

I have it too and it got worse after my breast reduction because of the way the surgeon cut me. My right side is worse than my left and ur right, weightloss does not help!0
