I have lost 105 pounds since June 15th 2010. The only piece of equipment I have used is the CYBEX ARC. I wanted to inspire people on here like the inspired me. Im in a contest to win the cybex arc and was hoping people could check out my you tube vdeo and if you like it please comment on it so the people at CYbex know that inspiring people should make a difference
