I did it and so can you! Here are before and after pictures. This is me at my highest non-pregnant weight of 196 lbs. Here are the "after" pictures of me last night, 64 lbs lighter and a whole lot healthier and happier. I'm a mom of 4 and a stepmom of 1, ages 8, 8, 5, 2 and 7 months. Using this site and making a lifestyle change led to my success! I am 5' 7 by the way if anyone is curious.
