    Welcome! Check myfitnesspal.com every day for tips and inspiration. This is a great site! Find somone to walk with- this has been a big help for me. They kind of keep me honest! Take one day at a time- and don't get in too big a hurry. You can do this. Beth S

    Good luck! I've only been here a couple weeks and I've lost 8 pounds - overall still have 60 or so to go but I am very pleased with every ounce that's gone!

    Have fun with it! My sister and I just started too, so we're having a little race to 10 lbs...
