Hey everyone. I just started doing this last week as a test run. I am currently enrolled in Weight Watchers, which can get pricey. I thought that I would give this site a try for a week to see what the difference is.

Has anyone on here moved from Weight Watchers to this? THANKS!

    That's awesome! I'm looking for something that helps, and that I can stick with. I am very bad about sticking with something lol.

    Hi
    I have done W.W and Slimming World countless times in the past, TBH we all know what we have to do - eat healthily and exercise more - that's why this works so well - less calories in and more burned = weight loss.............hopefully.

    Do a search on the message boards here. LOTS of folks have totally defected from WW to MFP and LOVE it here. Welcome to MFP! I love how easy it is to track both Food and Exercise and make the two work together to reach your goals.

    I agree! I'm horrible about working out. I need to start doing it more. I think this website will help me out with that, too!
