Feeling good!

I've only been here two weeks but I already and am experiencing some awesome changes!!!!
1. more energy
2. Not constipated or bloated
3. Less irritable
4. Cravings for healthy foods instead of crap!
5. More positive thinking
6. Feeling fuller faster
7. Savoring food more fully
8. Choosing different ways of dealing with stress

I believe the above recent changes are due directly to changing the foods I put into my body. I have no access to a scale at the moment, but I am feeling good and cannot wait to update my weight when I get the chance this weekend :) here's to a healthy lifestyle for all! :)

    Great post. I've been using this site (mostly using my iPhone) for two weeks too. It's great.
