in Introduce Yourself
have been useing this for the past week or so but have not posted yet so wanted to introduce myself say hello and say after 6 weeks im down 24 pounds (10kg)

    Congrats - I am one week in and 2kgs down - I am enjoying this so far & my boss at work has joined as well so we helping each other out as well!!!
