Measure your bust at the largest point
Your hips at the widest part
    Your thigh
    Your bicep
    Your waist

make sure you note where you put it and watch the inches shed.

    Try this site: http://www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com/body-tape-measurements.html
It tells you where you can measure and has an illustration. I don't ever measure my neck though. Hope it helps!

    I usually take these measurements:

Bust (around your back and across the fullest part of your chest)
Waist (the thinest part between your bust and your hips)
Tummy (just under your belly button)
Hips (across your bum and around the widest part of your hips)
Thigh (around the top of your thigh-fullest part) I measure my right thigh every time
Arm (around your bicep-make sure you put your arm flat down by your side before you read the measurement) I measure my right arm everytime

you can also measure your neck if you wish but they are generally all the measurements you need :)
