Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 2 tsps ground black pepper
• 3 tsps seasoning salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lb pork loin chops
• 2 medium onion
• 1 cup water
• ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
• 6 boneless pork chops
Directions

1. Rub chops with 2 teaspoons seasoning salt and 1 teaspoon pepper, or to taste.
2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown pork chops on each side.
3. Slice the onions into strips. Add the onions, Worcestershire sauce and water to the pan. Cover and reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Turn chops over, and add remaining salt and pepper.
5. Cover, and cook until water evaporates and onions turn light to medium brown.
6. Remove chops from pan, and serve with onions on top.

Be careful to not overcook the chops! I cooked until done took them out and let the onions cook longer and cut the chops into small pieces and added them back to the mixture. It was delicious and it is one of my new favs and I am not a big fan of pork chops but this is amazing!
