    Try Cooking light.com.Food Network.com and Allrecipes.com. I cook in my Crockpot every week, these are the sites that I have found some good recipes.

    I’m making chicken stock in mine as we speak! A Yearof Slow Cooking (http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/) is a great resource. Search this board for “crock pot" or “slow cooker” and you will find a really long thread with LOTS of recipes.

    I just made taco soup last night and it was delicious and low cal!

    I browned a pound of ground beef (90% and then I rinsed it in hot water to get some more of the fat off).
    I added some kidney beans that I'd soaked overnight, but you can used cans
    a can of black beans
    a can of rotel
    a can of tomatoes
    a can of corn
    a can of tomato soup
    a packet of taco seasoning
    some minced garlic
    cilantro
    and about 3 or 4 cups of water

    I put it in the recipe calculator for 8 servings, and they came out to be about 230 cals each, but they were BIG servings! I topped it with a little guacamole.
