breastfeeding and weight loss

So, I have a 7 month old and am currently breastfeeding....just wondering if I should be adding calories?

I add Breastfeeding Infant 6-12 months to my food log, it gives me 300 extra calories0

I heard it was smth between 300 to 500 calories, more towards 500.0

I didn't know that was an option either...and I was going over my limits. haha
I just add it in the morning after I add my breakfast. breastfeeding infant 6-12 months0
