Need help staying on track! Emotional eater!

I am a stay at home mother of four. Two of the kids are at school and the other two are under the age of 2. I usually need to eat alot of sugar to keep me calm and relaxed! So I just quit all junk food and need the extra guidence of some friends to help keep me on track and hopefully return the favor.

    lol u sound like me...maybe we are twins...totally an emotional eater and i have 4 kids (1 @ skool- 3 @ home)....yup we can help each other out...add me as a friend if u like

    I am a big time emotional eater. Anything that throws me off would usually end up with me retaliating by eating. I have found a good tactic is to just take a time out or find a way to reward yourself with a non-food item.
