40 Days Progress + Pics

For the past 40 days I have worked my butt off, literally.. I go to the gym 5 days a week, I do cardio & strength training and I follow a very healthy, well balanced - calorie based diet. I still have a long way to go but I can already see progress!!

Right now I am hovering between 17-20lbs loss but I have gained a lot of muscle mass too. The most important part is that I have lost a lot of inches.

P.S. Sorry about the dogs in the pics, they're constantly under my feet. :smile:

    Thanks everyone, I was very excited when I saw the pics. It really helps to do the before and after pics, I didn't think it would be that noticeable just yet!
