One small correction, which doesn't really affect the questions much as the meaning doesn't change, but in the question about exercise times it should say
"To avoid an exercise plateau, you should change your exercise TYPES every:"
I put times instead of types, but it's a minor change, I don't think it changes the question's meaning. If it does and you think you would have gotten it right if I wrote it correctly, feel free to give yourself a point.0 -

B is probably more accurate, as fat storage sites are not likely to change the results. I was a little bit torn on this one anyway.
I think however that I'm a little bit brainwashed by the push that was made to change here to use WH ratio as a better option than BMI.0 -

OK so we have our first 12 out of 12. Congrats lady. Bonus points for pointing out that W2H ratio is better than BMI for people who can't have their body fat % tested! You Rock girl!
