    How's everyone's first day been so far? Not the best start for me, my brother is visiting and he specifically asked for a roast dinner. Even only having a small amount of a few things is a lot of calories. Nevermind, it's only one day and hopefully I won't go over by too much!
  • Count me in please!!!! This will be my first challenge on MFP. I need accountability because I have a hard time sticking with ANYTHING.

    Can I get in on this challenge? I am only 10 pounds away from my goal, but need some extra motivation to get the last few off.

    I'm in....But, I'm throwing in there that I hate my scale and I'm considering ditching it for a better goal of a smaller pants size, so I'm putting up both goals! I encourage others to do the same!

    3/8/11 goal is: 191.4 & work out for 3.5 hrs this week
    3/15/11 goal is: 189.4 & work out for 4 hrs this week

    3/29/11 goal is: 185.4 & work out for 5 hrs this week

    oops... I forgot to state my goals for this month. Lose 5 lbs (hopefully more but 5 will be a 'success'), and walk to work at least once a week (again- hopefully twice- but once will meet my goal)- the walk ends up being a total of 7 miles in 4 increments :) luckily the first is the easiest- then I am stuck without a car :) Good luck!

    good day for me today :)
    Under my calories etc still but I just don't know what Im supposed to eat to use them up?!?!?!? Had a fried egg (with fry light spray) and toast for breakfast (at 7.30) :) Wasnt hungry again until 2pm!!!!!!

    I've been trying to lose weight for awhile now and have been yo-yo-ing around the same 3-4 pounds so this will hopefully push me to really lose it.

    Goal Weight for 04/01/2011: 169.5 lbs.

    I think that I can do this. I know that I want to. I only have to lose 6.1 lbs over the 5 weeks to meet this goal. I am just really hoping that I can make this happen. It would be the best start to April!

    --OOPS! Except I actually have to give myself an extra day because I only weigh in on Sundays!

    Hi Amy, you WILL meet your goal next month! We will help you stay motivated :) And if you have bad days you can share them here with us and we'll help get you back on your feet. I know from experience that I CANNOT lose weight without support from people who know what Im going through, so that's what we're here for!!

    I had a great first day! Had a great burn (1129 cals!), was under my calories for the day and drank 70oz water. I feel great and tomorrow is going to be just as successful....I can feel it in my bones! Im actually excited about tomorrow...what's wrong with me?! haha
