seems like i do good for awhile, then you could say i am off the wagon again. I really want to lose 10-15 pounds, but cant seem to stay motiviated to do it. any suggestions?:yawn:

Everytime you eat - imagine the way you want to look. Is what you are eating going to add to the success or failure of your goal? Once you start seeing results it is easier to stick with it. Allow yourself a cheat day but go right back to eating good. Long term goals take time just tell yourself you are worth it!0
