New to the site but not new to loosin the weight

Im 22, and use to weigh 230lbs, I started dieting and excerising and also took a pill and have lost 76lbs. april will be a year that ive been exercisen. I wanna tone up my abs now and my inner thighs and arms any suggestions ladys?

    If you have a Wii....the Wii Fit program has hula hooping for the abs, and there are alot of other games such as the Biggest Loser game, and Jillian Micheals Fitness Ultimatum.

  • I think that spinning is a complete body work out. If you can find a class near you, they are great. I really started to see a difference in myself once I started spinning. It's hard at first, but you will get used to it. After every class you will be so proud of yourself. Check it out. Another class that is really good is an Impact/Kickboxing class. Total body workout and will kick your butt. You'll love it!
  • I have a personal trainer shes great! i just wanted some at home things to do during the evenings cuase i work out with her in the mornings
