*4g or less sugar Challenge!*

Anyone want to join us in our challenge?

Starting tomorrow we are giving up anything that contains more than 4g of sugar per serving (EXCLUDING natural fruit).

    i'm game! i'll do the best i can, i've been wanting to do this for a while now so i guess this will be a good way to start right? Any helpful hints on doing this?

    Forgot to mention:

    -One "treat" day a week where you can have a serving of anything your little heart desires.
    -Proposed end date of April 23. If this is more or less than you want to do then set your own goals accordingly : )

    Just pay careful attention to your nutrition facts on food. Im trying some sugar free alternatives for my sweet tooth, like sugar free jello parfaits that are zero grams. I also stocked up on fruit which doesnt count against us.

    If you've got a thing for chocolate, Jell-o makes a sugar free mousse that is pretty good. :) And only 60 calories.

    I would also suggest Extra Dessert Delights gum. Im partial to the Strawberry Shortcake flavor but they also make Key Lime Pie and Mint Chocolate Chip.
