I am pleasantly surprised at the number of people on this site. This is by far the best site/app. I've ever encountered. It is good to see everyones feedback from each other I am recently married. 5'4" 148 pounds. I would like to get back to around 122 lbs. I have been eating a 1200 calorie balanced diet and working out at the gym for 1 hour every day. This is only day 3 for me but I'm feeling better already. Yay...more energy.
