Shakeology Questions...anyone else use this?

I just started using Shakeology on Saturday and have a few questions.

I could definitely use some great recipes (I'm doing chocolate!)

Has anyone else experienced headaches when initially starting this? My head has been throbbing since last night, I'm thinking perhaps this could be the culprit.

What kind of results have you seen from it? Both as weight loss and general overall health?

You should have been given a recipe card with your Shaeology order. Here is the web-site with them listed:

As for the headaches, are you drinking plenty of water? If not, try to increase your water intake. This may help!
