My favorite new 160 calorie dessert!

Okay, so maybe its not EXACTLY a dessert.....but it sure is yummy!!!

Target makes this Fat Free Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt (made by the Target Brand "Archer Farms") that is very yummy and tastes almost exactly like cheesecake! It's only 90 calories for the yogurt, which is yummy on its own, but I like to crunch up a graham cracker (an extra 70 calories) to get that cheesecake graham cracker crust taste in it....mmmm!

    MMMM...any yogurt with crushed graham cracker is good.

    That sounds sooo yummy!!!! I bought some lowfat banna pudding and crumbled just 2 vanilla waffers in there!!!! It hit the sweet tooth spot!!!! Tasted like old fashion banna pudding from grandma's house on Thanksgiving!! Okay I am started to make myself drool! Ha! Ha!

    Any flavor of non fat yogurt, with Kashi go lean crunch added

    Yummy, and not a thing to feel guilty about.
