I am so tired of my bottom, Why is it that when women lose weight, it always starts in the upper part of our bodies? I'm glad to see a little bit of ribs and glad to lose that back fat , but come on, when are the hips, thighs and bootie gonna move? I'm I the only one with this problem?

My understanding on it is..... The weight leaves the parts that you could care less about 1st. So stop hating on your booty and start hating on your pancreas and then the booty will just slip away.....0

I have the opposite problem. When I lose weight my butt tries to shrink and I need all the help I can get!0

your body loses weight first, where it last gained weight... unfortantly for some of us. but there is nothing wrong with a lil junk in the trunk! embrace the big booty
and keep at it!

I've seen a big improvement in my butt from strength training and yoga.0

i have always had the same problem! my boobs have DROPPED TWO SIZES since starting to lose weight, and yet my butt has always been like 3x as big as any other girl my same height and weight -_-0

My husband and I have this talk all the time! He gets frustrated b/c I can lose in my tummy/love handle area pretty easily which is where he carries his excess weight. On the flip side though when he really watches what he eats/excercises he loses it in his legs/hips! If we could just switch that we could both be happy!0

Bigger thighs and butt = bigger hips and pelvis = more room for baby. Fact of life.0

HAHA My boyfriend likes that i actually have a butt, when i tell him i'm going to lose it he says, "Nooooo!! I won't have anything to grab" LOL oh guys....Ever since i lost 40 or so pounds though, i saw that my thighs were smaller, they take time, who knows maybe you have muscle instead of fat now! A lot of squats and jumping and using your legs, can tone your thighs and butt, making it seem smaller and toned
I do a lot of Turbo Fire and it does just this!

I wish I lost at the top first. My arms are still far too big for my liking!
I lost most of my butt just walking. In fact, before I really started exercising and watching what I ate, I lost a lot of weight (mostly upper thighs and butt) just by walking to and from work (because I hate public transportation).0 -

I feel ya sister!! Everything is shrinking and toning up top, but I think my butt and thighs are just toning and staying the same size! I definitely prefer toned over flabby, but I also want smaller!!0

How do you like the turbo fire? I've thought about ordering it but hate to spend all that money without knowing how a person likes it.0
