How's everyone's first day been so far? Not the best start for me, my brother is visiting and he specifically asked for a roast dinner. Even only having a small amount of a few things is a lot of calories. Nevermind, it's only one day and hopefully I won't go over by too much!0

oops... I forgot to state my goals for this month. Lose 5 lbs (hopefully more but 5 will be a 'success'), and walk to work at least once a week (again- hopefully twice- but once will meet my goal)- the walk ends up being a total of 7 miles in 4 increments luckily the first is the easiest- then I am stuck without a car Good luck!0

Under my calories etc still but I just don't know what Im supposed to eat to use them up?!?!?!? Had a fried egg (with fry light spray) and toast for breakfast (at 7.30) Wasnt hungry again until 2pm!!!!!!

I've been trying to lose weight for awhile now and have been yo-yo-ing around the same 3-4 pounds so this will hopefully push me to really lose it.

I think that I can do this. I know that I want to. I only have to lose 6.1 lbs over the 5 weeks to meet this goal. I am just really hoping that I can make this happen. It would be the best start to April!

Hi Amy, you WILL meet your goal next month! We will help you stay motivated And if you have bad days you can share them here with us and we'll help get you back on your feet. I know from experience that I CANNOT lose weight without support from people who know what Im going through, so that's what we're here for!!
I had a great first day! Had a great burn (1129 cals!), was under my calories for the day and drank 70oz water. I feel great and tomorrow is going to be just as successful....I can feel it in my bones! Im actually excited about tomorrow...what's wrong with me?! haha
