Italian Turkey Meatballs
Italian Turkey Meatballs
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and shape into 30 meatballs.
2. Lightly spray a nonstick pan with vegetable oil.
3. Heat oven to 350 and bake for 20-30 mins. ( i turned mine half way thru)
Servings: 6 ( nice to have 5 meatballs a piece)

** I knew my family was not going to eat 30 meatballs so I made 12 and then use the rest of the meat to make turkey sliders from the remainder of the meat for tomorrows lunch.

,I took note of your recipe. I bet that you can freeze left over meatballs and warm them up in the oven later on.Did you use regular breadcrumbs or can we use Panko (japaness style)?0 -
