I have been doing this new life change for alittle over a month now. Not only am I making healthier food choices I have moved that to the rest of my life as well I have been smoke free for over 3 weeks and have lost a total of 8 1/2 inches all over the scale is not moving but I feel better I feel happier and if anyone on here knew me they would know I'm not the happy type. Ok getting to my point last night we went to the gym just for alittle bit and I started on the ellicptial (my new best friend) my plan was to go for 30 min like I have been doing for the last week, next thing I know I was at 35 min I kept telling my self in 5 more min you will have done 40min then 45min by the time I was done I had done 60min! If you were to have told me 2 mo ago that I would have been able to do that I would not have belived it to save my life. I love the direction that Im going and Im not going to stop until I reach my goals!

Congrats on quitting smoking and getting right into the exercise. I've been a year smoke free and only recently have I really started working out. I know what you mean about feeling amazed to be exercising and liking it! lol Keep up the good work.

Thank you. I use working out as a stress release from the not smoking it took me some time to find out what I like and what works and going to the gym helps

Great job on both accounts- quiting smoking and kicking butt at the elliptical!
