I'm noticing more and more my little girl is starting to pick up my better habits. She will be 4 in four weeks, and she can be picky about food. But since I've been eating more fruits and veggies, she is too! Especially now that it's more readily available. I was so pleased when she wanted some of my broccoli last night! I was happy to share

Way to go! Children do as they see and you are a great role model I giggled because I have had similiar responses when my 10 year old announced that he loved Brussel Sprouts! If we aren't putting good things into our bodies, how can we expect our children to?
Thanks for sharing...0 -
How sweet! My 10th month old took his first steps as I was running on the tredmill. He looked at me...then daddy and took two steps towards him. It was as if he wanted to do it too! They are so precious!! :happy:0
