Hey everyone, I have 89 days until my wedding and am trying to ramp up my cardio and toning routine.
I have dropped 15 pounds prior to starting MFP through diet, but would really like to start toning up.
Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated!

Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred is amazing! I just clicked on your profile & see you just started it :o) make sure you take your measurements because by day 5 (if you do it consecutively like intended) you'll see a difference in inches from toning! good luck & congrats!

Join a boot camp. I am interning at a boot camp and there are two sisters there getting ready for their weddings. I just started hell week and boy it KILLS!!! They make you do it so you know what your clients feel and your clients know you went through it too. But GREAT workout. What are you doing now cardio and strength training wise?

If you plan on losing weight/inches up until your wedding day, I suggest having a friend or family member who can sew. Last minute alterations can get quite expensive, and you don't want your dress to slip off as you're walking down the isle!

Thank you all for the advice.
Currently I have just been walking, and just started the Jillain Michael's 30 Day Shred. It is tough but I love it!
My last fitting is three weeks before my wedding, plus I got a corset back dress which my seamstress says will help if I lose beyond my final fitting.
Hoping this shred program works. It seems tough!
  • Walking 30 extra minutes a day at a moderate pace makes all the difference. I find yoga is amazing from stretching, and circuit training is a great way to drop weight quickly

Try to avoid caffeine and drink plenty of water so your skin is healthy and glowing for the big day.
