    :drinker: I'd like to join in. I started here 1/31 and was doing great until my computer crashed about 2 wks ago leaving me little access to MFP and I gained back 3 lbs. So I'd like to start over & this challenge sounds perfect.

    good day for me today :)
    Under my calories etc still but I just don't know what Im supposed to eat to use them up?!?!?!? Had a fried egg (with fry light spray) and toast for breakfast (at 7.30) :) Wasnt hungry again until 2pm!!!!!!

    I've been trying to lose weight for awhile now and have been yo-yo-ing around the same 3-4 pounds so this will hopefully push me to really lose it.


    Today is day #1!

    Starting weight: 136
    Goal weight: 125

    I'm definitely in!

    I could use some booty-kickin'!

    Starting Weight on 03/01/2011: 175.6 lbs
    Goal Weight for 04/01/2011: 169.5 lbs.

    I think that I can do this. I know that I want to. I only have to lose 6.1 lbs over the 5 weeks to meet this goal. I am just really hoping that I can make this happen. It would be the best start to April!

    --OOPS! Except I actually have to give myself an extra day because I only weigh in on Sundays!

    Hi Amy, you WILL meet your goal next month! We will help you stay motivated :) And if you have bad days you can share them here with us and we'll help get you back on your feet. I know from experience that I CANNOT lose weight without support from people who know what Im going through, so that's what we're here for!!

    april 1st = 138.6
    8.6 lbs away from my goal!!!

    Count me in :) start weight is 210 goal weight is hopefully 200 I'd be happy with anything lower than 210 lol
    tomorrow until the 8th is gonna be hard since my family is coming down for my daughters first birthday/baptism... So we'll see how that goes :) Good luck everybody!

    I had a good day, in terms of my purposes here at MFP, which I'm happy about. I hit just under my calorie goal.
    I didn't get in to the gym like I wanted to; instead I was called in to cover my co-worker's shift (I basically did double shift with classes in between. x_x ouch). But it was a really busy day, so I did get some shape of exercise in.
    ... Now to start my homework. At midnight. Ugh. XD

    Today was a great day! Although my boss took everyone out 2 BJ's..I chose to eat grilled salmon, brown rice & steamed veges w/a side salad. I had a glass of wine..but I came home & somehow had the strength to workout. Who woulda knew? Normally I'd be too tired. Getting off to a good start..hope 2 keep it up.

    What exercise are you doing on a weekly basis?
    How are you getting on with your cals? Are you under? over? most days?
    What are you finding difficult, that we as a group, can help encourage you with?

    I will start!

    Monday - curves - 30 mins
    Tuesday - Kettle bell class - 1 hour (killing me)
    Wednesday - curves - 30 mins
    Thursday - Zumba - 1 hour
    Friday - Curves - 30 mins
    Weekends I dont do n e!

    I am finding on days I am not exercising I am under my cals and days I am not im over by quite a bit?

    I am finding it difficult to get out my habits of snacking on the wrong things at the weekend when it is more accessable! xxx

    My workouts consists of
    Doing the Zumba on the wii 6 days a week and going to my Zumba class on Thursday nights !
    I love Zumba !
    I am always under my calories and i am trying to do better this week with eating more !
    The one thing that i have trouble with is trying to get my water in though ! I am trying to do good with my water !
