How to add 30day shred to exercise???

I have just started here and am keeping to my calories and doing the 30day shred but dont know what to put it under for my exercise what do others do?

    if you have a heart rate monitor, click the button for "Add an exercise to the database", which appears after you do a search for "Shred" and nothing comes up. Then manually enter the calories burned. Next time you go back to do a search for Shred, it will come up.

    I did the biggest loser cardio max today, and from what I saw from others and on the net for calories burned. The closest I could find was High impact aerobics. Hope this helps.:bigsmile:
