So my concern is with weight loss and having type 1 diabetes. I am on an insulin pump and have really started to do daily exercise and watch calorie intake. I find it very difficult to lose weight and it is a very slow process to lose inches. Does anyone have any thing that works for them to help get the lbs to come off?

Hi, I am a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump too. I am losing weight but it is a very slow process. I am still losing 1lb per week though by exercising regularly and sticking to my calorie goal (or just under). Are you losing at all and are you on a high insulin dose?0
