    I used to get these but stopped soon after finding this site! Because I just went for the "nice" options rather than the healthy ones, the calorie count was usually around 600-700 and I still found myself hungry throughout the day. Now I just eat normally but keep an eye on the amount. I did like the Graze boxes but they aren't really as healthy as they claim - get a couple of punnets with nuts in the them and watch your daily fat allowance be nearly maxed out in one meal!!
