This is a great breakfast for dinner (or breakfast for breakfast). My kids love it, might be the perfect way to celebrate the 107th birthday of Theodor Seuss Geisel March 2, 1904!

    that's an awesome idea! I usually make green eggs and ham in my kindergarten classroom, but i just put green food coloring in the eggs. i won't be able to do this at school but a most definite to do at home! thanks for sharing!

    Im all about tricking my spinach disliking husband and iron deficient toddler into spinach MWAHAHAHAH!
