HI I'm new to this website. Looking for encouragement and tips.

  • I'm new too. I have been trying to get my eating on track for a while and I know the only way to do that is to record what I eat so that I don't overdo it. It really works. I've lost weight in the past and it's all about accountability. You can do it!

    Other tips, drink, drink, drink water, watch sodium and don't be scared to add some stregth training to workouts, muscle burns off calories :)
