What is a good time?

Hey all,
After a year of failing on another website support system I recently joined MFP due to it's easier access to your fellow MFP members! Also, I find the nutrition data base is much more extensive.
My journey starts anew today as I try and figureout what are the best time for me to eat.
To most thatis a no brainer but for me it is hard. I work A little bit earlier than my husband so I generally eat breakfast at around 10:40 AM. ( I know, i know but we go to sleep late!)
The rest of the day is super tricky. You see my husband works full time, goes to school full time, and also does a part time internship. So on a normal day I don't eat dinner until around 10 PM.
It should be known that I am also a snacker!
My question to you fine ladies and gents is that I need suggestions at what times it would be ideal forr me to eat my meals and snacks so I am full enough to not go ape crazy with snacking all day waiting for the hubby to get home! I usually nap around 3:30 PM and do a workout around 6 or 7 pm.
So what say you MFP'S?

It's tough to follow 'typical' diet advice when your lifestyle isn't! Try a different eating schedule each week and see what works best! I like to eat something small every 2.5 -3 hours. This keeps me from getting a food coma or a starving afternoon sluggishness. The biggest thing about eating I've found, is planning. I plan and prepare my meals and my snacks and log the food on MFP the night before.
Hope you find what works best for you! Good luck!0
