HI I HAVE NEVER HAD THE INSPIRATION THAT I BELIEVE THAT I HAVE FOUND HERE TODAY AND I KNOW THAT THROUGH HARD WORK AND DEDICATION I CAN LOOSE THE WEIGHT.

    Good luck--yes it is definitely worth it---you will feel so proud of yourself, not to mention the people that love you :) Best feeling in the world. I got a homemade card from my 10 y/o daughter and in it she wrote nothing but praise how about how proud she is of me losing weight. Made my cry buckets!

    Welcome, I am new also. We all need a lot of support to get through this journey from people who understand what we are going through.
