I have been tracking what i eat and exercising more than i have in about 2 years. :happy: But i havent really seen any results i dont know if im just doing this wrong or if my expectations are too high. :mad: I guess i just need a little motivation. I have a two year old son who is like my personal trainer he tells me when to stop running by saying thats enough lol and he tells me when i start again run mommy run!

Welcome to the group. We are glad to have you. I have a 6 year old who still cheers me on to go further and do more. It is great I think.
