How much did you lose doing the 30 day shred?

Just wondering because I am starting it soon...Did you do anything else along with it?

    I just got this last night. I have to admit all I did was sit there and watch the DVD, but I am going to start it tonight. A friend of mine suggested it to me, because she lost 23 pounds doing it. She was on Weight Watchers while doing 30 day shred. I am going to make a commitment to myself to actually do it tonight, and I will do it for 30 days and see what happens. :-)

    :smile: I did it for a cuople weeks and never lost anything (gained muscle though!)...so I'm curious to know the answer to this as well.

    My sister has lost over 50 pounds doing it every day and eating right....

    We do the 30 day shred every other day and an hour of other cardio. Gaining muscle from the shred and burning calories doing the other cardio workouts. I've lost 50 lbs so far but I'm a big girl :blushing:

    I lost 12 lbs and one pant size. I also gained lots of definition! I would definitely suggested it!

    I am on day 11 and have lost 3lbs. (At the same time gaining muscle!)

    I tried a few months ago.....Just started again yesterday. I did notice inches more than pounds but I will say, I need more cardio as I have a lot of weight to lose (I only burn about 240 calories on average). So, this time I am doing the shred in the morning, and 40-60 min of cardio at night.

    I enjoy it though...good workout in a short time frame. Good Luck!

    It is how I really started my workout regimen and I have gained a lot of muscle, therefore the scale hasnt moved a whole lot. I have lost about 3 lbs and I am on L2D4. I think it is about getting to the point where that number is going to start going down a little faster from here on.

    I lost 3 lbs on lvl 1 and didnt even diet. I started to diet on lvl 2 and my the end of 30 days i lost a size in jeans (went from size 10 to size 8).

    Now I only do it a few days a week and do a few other dvds the days I dont go to the gym.

    I ran before shredding
    Lost 8+ round 1
    then 10+ round 2
    gained muscle!!

    I started it after I lost a lot just running but someone just starting out can lose up to 20lbs
