My name is Debbie and I have just joined myfitnesspal.com.
I had already started a calorie counting diet on my own five weeks ago so my progress so far is eight pounds and a friend told me about this, its just what I was looking for.
Plan to loose 1 to 1 an half pounds a week and reach my target before I go on holiday 30th April.
In the long run tho i plan to keep the weight OFF..

    I am new to this site too only found it today

    i am not calorie counting as such as on one of these shake type diets but you are limited to calories per day
    not doing very well at the moment so it is good to have friends to encourge each other along the way
