I've been slacking for about a month

So I have to be honest with myself....I have pretty much been slacking for the last month. I haven't been logging calories and I havne't been making sure I get my excersise in every single day......BUT TODAY IS A NEW DAY AND I AM GETTING BACK ON THIS WAGON BEFORE IT TAKES OFF WITHOUT ME!!!!

So starting today I am going to be logging every calorie again and hitting the treadmill every night.

I think I might adjust my settings and see if that helps me out a bit.....I don't have a whole lot left to loose so I think I should adjust to 1pound a week instead of 2....what do you all think.

I also want to appologize to my Black team because although I haven't had any gains I also could have been trying a little harder on my end to loose.....but watch out this next week is gonna be great!!!!

    Good for you for get it back in gear. I did the same think and I think it helps. I also hadn't gained anything back. Yay us.

    I think 1 pound a week is a very reasonable goal. Since you've lost so much already 2 might be too much.
