Hello!!!

First day here!
With the exception of one week of my life, I have never kept a food journal before. I always have a good idea of how many calories I burn at the gym and also a good idea of what calories I'm eating...but for some reason I've never done the subtraction and definitely see that I need to eat more...more???!!!????...not sure that it's possible, but will give it a shot!!!
