    Bad.

On the diet you only eat 500 calories per day. This doesn't give your body nearly enough nutrition and I've heard a lot of people burn muscle instead of fat as a result. Plus, you aren't able to exercise since you're getting so few calories. You're much better off to lose weight the "old fashioned" way.

bad. It limits you to only 500 calories a day. You give yourself 3 injections daily of HCG and it hundreds of dollars for only a 6 week supply. You cannot eat a majority of things, mainly fruits, veggies, some lean protein. No dairy or carbs. It's very strict and can come with bad side affects, like possibly hair loss, fatigue, becoming light-headed, etc.

I actually had looked into this multiple times. I finally went and spoke with 2 of my local pharmacists who have both tried the HCG topical cream. It worked for both of them, (both lost 24 lbs w/ 1 cycle...gained back 5 during maintenance period and 2 months later have already put on another 7 of it) but they said the diet is EXTREMELY strict and you have a very limited selection of food to eat. You can't use any oil based products either, make up, lotion, moisturizing soap etc...and you can't exercise. The most you can do is a short walk daily if you need to but they don't really even want you to do that.
Good luck with whatever you decide!
