I was wondering if anyone knew of any unsalted whole wheat crackers I can put in my soup. They have the regular soda crackers unsalted but I can't seem to find whole wheat. I only use these for soup as I normally eat the low sodium whole wheat triscuits for a snack. I'm in Canada as well, so please keep that in mind when telling me where I can find them lol. Even a brand might help me find them.

Thanks!!

Can you get Wasa Crisps in Canada? It's kind of an acquired taste but I enjoy them quite a bit.

Technically, they are called Wasa Multi Grain Crispbread. There are 20 slices per package, 45 cal per slice, 10 grams of carbs, and 2 grams of fiber per slice. They go well with tuna salad, chicken salad, or by themselves to stave off hunger. For what it's worth, they are not lying when the use the word "crisp" in the name because they are precisely that!
