I have a MAJOR sweet tooth, so i have the habit of eating sweets just for the sake of eating. Most of the time I am full when I indulge on these snacks so I'm trying to look for low calorie "sweets". A couple I already know of would be the 10 calorie jello containers, and the crystal light 15 calorie popsicles. I understand that there aren't a lot of these types of foods out there, but if any of you guys have discovered any please let me know!

I'm the same way! I started keeping zero calorie powerade around and cold. That way it gives me the sweetness with out the calories and at the same time it's hydrating me and filling me up.

Try Breyer's 100 calorie ice cream cups! They're AMAZING! There's an English Toffee one, and a Chocolate Fudge Brownie one....SOOOO yummy!

snackwell's devil's food cookie cakes - one is 50 cals. I try to eat them slow and savor them. I like it because I get my chocolate fix and a little bit of cakey-ness
